A fall tradition at Powell Gardens, this seasonal evening festival features a walk through hundreds of beautifully carved and candlelit jack-o-lanterns on display in parts of the garden, hayrides, food vendors, hands-on family-friendly activities, live music, and more. Don’t miss the final weekend  chance to view Gardens of Myth, a special exhibition of mythological creatures on display in the Heartland Harvest Garden. Festival admission applies. Free for members.

Visitors will participate in a search for paranormal activity with trained ghost hunters! Observe the tools the professionals use to interact and detect spirits that inhabit this historical site. Visitors will search for spirits throughout the village, including several of Missouri Town’s historic homes. Feel the hairs on the back of your neck stand up straight! Dogtoberfest

Fun outdoor event for the whole family!  Bring your well behaved dog and find great vendors and demonstraters.  Enjoy a costume contest and other fun games!  The Tails for Trails dog walk, one of our most popular events, lets you walk our hiking trail with other dog families.  
Come and visit with our wonderful local shelters and look into adoption!
Admission is free but we would like everyone to bring a can or small bag of dog food.  All contributions are donated to local shelters.
Vendors-If you would like a booth we still have space available!

The Market is open from 7 a.m. to sell-out Wednesdays and Saturdays, and is made up of more than 50 vendors featuring a variety of fresh produce, plants, meat, baked goods, handmade crafts and much more. The market is open April 1 through Nov. 18, 2017. Convenient parking can be found in the lot next to the Farmers Market on Douglas Street, or at the City Hall parking garage at the corner of Second and Green streets.
