Facilitated by Funeral Director Lily Johnson and Family Advisor Emily Mackenzie, the event focuses on emotional support, meaningful conversation, and community connection in a peaceful environment.

Grief Yoga – Hosted by Longview Funeral Home

Longview Funeral Home invites the community to experience Grief Yoga, a gentle and restorative class designed to support healing through movement, breathwork, and mindfulness. Led by yoga instructor Riley, this calming session offers participants a chance to care for their body, mind, and heart while processing grief in a supportive setting. All experience levels are welcome, and no prior yoga experience is needed. Hot tea will be provided following the class.
