Do you have a passion for good technology and a mission to serve your clients? Cumoratek AV Solutions is looking for an experienced, motivated sales representative to join our growing AV division in & around the KC Metro.

Cumoratek AV Solutions is a growing Audio/Visual Integrator with customers around the KC Metro in Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, & Nebraska. Our custom AV solutions for House of Worship, Corporate, and K12 are built on integrity, hard work, & honesty, and most importantly, advocacy for our clients. We understand the relationship doesn’t end at the invoice, which is why our clients keep calling back year after year, and why ~95% of our new business since 2018 has been word-of-mouth.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated Outbound AV Sales Representative to spearhead our sales pipeline, seek & deliver new opportunities, and champion AV projects in House of Worship, Corporate, & K12 across primary our sales region.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Hunting Opportunities: Identify, capture, & nurture new sales opportunities across our primary sales region (KC Metro & up to 1 hour away).
  • Pipeline Management: Manage, build, & streamline sales pipelines to support operational efficiency and continuance of ongoing wins
  • Engineering Collaboration: Work closely with our design engineer to develop & champion your clients’ projects so you can stay focused on building relationships and closing deals
  • Client Advocacy: Each & every day, serve as an advocate for our clients to provide them with the personalized connection they require, and team up with our support technicians to maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • An experienced, motivated salesperson with a proven history of successful lead generation and project conversion
  • Someone willing to travel around the KC Metro and beyond on a regular basis
  • A strong communicator who can collaborate with our design engineer to deliver amazing client experiences
  • Someone with experience in technology, electrical, or construction sales (AV-specific experience not required, although preferred)
  • Someone who is prepared to be genuine with clients and make each customer feel like family
  • A salesperson with impeccable integrity and a willingness to maintain Cumoratek’s long-standing reputation of honesty and client advocacy.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ Years B2B Outside Sales Experience
  • Experience in technology, electrical, or construction sales
  • Proven track record of lead generation
  • Ability to travel frequently within ~1 hour of Kansas City
  • Ability to understand & convey complex (and sometimes unfamiliar) technical topics to clients
  • Absolutely no drug use, including marijuana
  • In-Office work environment (Raytown, MO)

Compensation Package

  • $30k Base Salary ($141k OTE, uncapped)
